Into QuickBooks — after the ledger is proven.
Importing a statement is the last step, not the job. If the ledger is wrong, .QBO just moves the error into the books faster. SheetParser ties the running balance out row by row first, then exports with unique FITIDs so a re-import does not duplicate a single transaction.
First file free, up to 10 pages · paid packs run up to 600 pages per file · files shredded after conversion
Bookkeepers & accountants
Client statements into QuickBooks or Xero without retyping, with the balance already reconciled.
Small business owners
Your own statements imported cleanly, with a report you can hand to a lender.
Controllers & finance teams
A repeatable import path that does not depend on who ran it.
What this actually fixes
Duplicates on re-import
Files without stable transaction IDs import twice and double the ledger.
Text-formatted numbers
Amounts that arrive as text break reconciliation rules and pivot tables.
The balance was never proven
A converter exports rows whether or not they add up; the error surfaces weeks later in the books.
What comes out
One upload, one set of compute-ready outputs — not a screenshot of a table.
Tie-out before export
Opening + deposits − withdrawals = closing is recomputed after every row, with breaks flagged.
Native Web Connect files
.QBO, .QFX and .OFX with unique FITIDs, plus Xero-format CSV and multi-sheet .XLSX.
Numbers as numbers
No merged cells, one row per transaction, debits and credits as numeric values.
Source page per value
Every exported figure traces back to the highlighted region of the statement.
Lender report on the same upload
The same extraction produces ADB, true revenue, MCA stacking and NSF history if a lender needs it.
Hash-bound if shared
An optional certificate binds the exported data to the document it came from.
Documents we read
Native PDF, scan, phone photo, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, HTML, email or image.
How it works
Upload the statement
Native PDF, scan, photo or CSV. Free tier: one file per day up to 10 pages; packs open files up to 600 pages.
The ledger is rebuilt and proven
Rows are reconstructed and the running balance recomputed; anything that does not tie is flagged.
Export to the format your books use
.QBO / .QFX / .OFX for QuickBooks, Xero CSV, or .XLSX.

Questions
Will importing create duplicates?+
Each transaction gets a unique FITID, so re-importing the same statement is rejected as a duplicate. If you re-upload after a correction, review the flagged rows before re-importing.
Is this just a converter?+
No. The file is an export of a ledger that has already been reconciled, and the same upload produces the lender report.
What if the statement does not balance?+
The break is flagged on the row and listed in the cross-check panel. You can still export, but you will know which rows are unproven.
How much is it?+
Per file: $79 for 10, $199 for 30, $499 for 100, each up to 600 pages. First file each day free up to 10 pages.
Run your next file
Upload the document, get compute-ready output with the source page behind every number. The first file each day is free.
