How many files can I convert at once in a batch?+
You can upload up to 12 files per batch package (e.g. a full year of 12 monthly bank statements, or a folder of invoices). Each file can be up to 600 pages on a subscription plan.
Do I get one combined Excel file or separate files?+
Both! You can download a single Consolidated Excel (.xlsx) workbook where Sheet 1 is the master combined ledger and subsequent sheets contain individual files, or download all files together as a single ZIP archive.
Does batch conversion verify month-to-month balance continuity?+
Yes. For bank and card statements, our engine automatically chains consecutive statements and checks that Month N closing balance equals Month N+1 opening balance, flagging any missing statements or balance discrepancies.
Can I drag an entire folder from my computer?+
Yes, our dropzone supports folder drag-and-drop. Drag your folder of statement PDFs and all files will be queued and converted automatically.
Are files retained or stored on your servers?+
No. All documents are processed in ephemeral GPU memory and deleted immediately after conversion. We maintain zero data retention and never use customer data for AI training.
